Long Island Sound
Long Island Sound er en flodmunding i Atlanterhavet. Den ligger i USA. De amerikanske stater Connecticut (mod nord) og Long Island, New York (mod syd) deler den med hinanden. Connecticut-floden ved Old Saybrook, Connecticut, har forbindelse til sundet. Mod vest har Bronx og Westchester County, New York, forbindelse til East River. Mod øst har Block Island Sound forbindelse til sundet.
